ASPHALT

Anybody who has had an asphalt driveway installed knows that is not an investment that you want to make again anytime soon, cleaning the asphalt and seal coating it will protect your investment and keep your driveway looking good for many years to come. Applying seal coat to an asphalt surface is must to avoid cracking and crumbling of the asphalt; seal coat needs to be applied every two to three years for optimal protection. Our asphalt cleaner serves two purposes; the first of which is as day to day asphalt cleaner, used to remove grease and oil stains or any funguses or debris from unsealed asphalt or from seal coated surfaces, the second purpose, which is its primary function, is to be used prior to seal coating to prepare the asphalt surface for a better bond.

Our products are state-of-the-art, and address existing industry concerns regarding pavers turning white, durability and high gloss retention without the toxicity and disposal considerations associated with solvent-based sealers. All of our products are VOC compliant in all 50 states.

   Natural Luster is a high solids, urethane modified acrylic sealer (with an algae and mold inhibitor) that penetrates the pavers to provide a protective barrier with superior joint stabilization (no need for polymeric sand) resulting in a natural luster. Natural Luster is user friendly and environmentally safe. Our solids content of urethane and acrylic wears evenly and will last as long as solvent based sealers.

    Super Wet is a high solids, two-part water based pure urethane sealer that penetrates the pavers to provide a longer lasting protective barrier with superior joint stabilization (no need for polymeric sand) resulting in a 'wet look.' Super Wet is user friendly and environmentally safe. The high solids content of pure urethane wears evenly and lasts longer than solvent based sealers.

    EffloRemover is an organic acid which is used to remove efflorescence (a whitish residue that is sometimes apparent on the surface of the pavers) and rust from the surface of the pavers. Our efflorescence remover is user friendly and environmentally safe.
